Thin Film Casting
The film forming system of NAUT steel belt is mainly composed of tape casting or electrospinning.
Tape casting is consisting of extruder head, steel belt driving system, heating system, gathering film part. Firstly thin film materials are extruded through extruder head into the steel belt, then after high temperature to get the molding finished products.
The electrospinning method is mainly composed of electrospinning, steel belt transmission, heating and cooling, etc. the raw materials are evenly spread on the surface of the steel belt through the current, and then solidified at high temperature
